About me
Hi everyone, I'm happy you check out my website. My name is Andrea and I live with my husband and 3 dogs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally I'm from Germany but after meeting my husband while traveling I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm a regular, simple girl who lives on a Budget. I rarely buy clothes or other items full price. I always wait until it's on Sale, the retailer has a deal or I have a coupon. But I'm not one of those crazy coupon ladies. I just have to watch my money.
My whole live I've been a Tomboy; Jeans, sneakers, T-shirts and Hoodies were my jam. But in the past couple years I got more and more interested in fashion, I should because I work in retail. I like what I like, maybe something is in trend right now, but that doesn't mean I have to buy it. I have to tell you one thing; do never asked me about make up, I never been into make up and I think I never will. I have my mascara and eye liner and that is all I need.
I started this blog to share my knowledge about the different clothing materials and how they will look after wearing them to work all day and washing them. I'm quit honest; some people may say I'm too honest. You know there are so many fashion blogger out there, that will show you the item (try ons), how the fit is, what they love about it. But do you ever hear someone tell you how the item is after washing or working in it all day? So far I haven't. I want to change that. Don't get me wrong I love all the fashion bloggers out there, I get inspired by them as well. But I also bought items I saw on them and then was disappointed after I wore the item. It happens but that brought me to the Idea to start a blog about materials and the withstand of the clothes after wearing them all day.
Besides fashion I love to read (I have around 400 books) and work in my Yard especially in my Veggie garden. On my days of I love to sit in the sun in the yard and read a book. In the past years my husband and I created a nice little Oasis but we are still not done. Everything takes time, especially plants, veggies and bigger projects.
