The Summer is here and I’m in full swing on my summer reading list. This month I got to read three books, actually almost 4. But the 4th I finished beginning go July, so its going to be in my July review. Lately I feel like more reading in the evening then watching TV. It makes me happy but on the other side I think I’m getting behind on my shows. I don’t know why I feel weird about it. I think I want to do too much at ones.

Ok enough of me blabbering along, lets get the review started!

This book reminded me of a TV show. A home improvement show, kinda mix of a couple of I know. Carey started working for a home remodeling designer couple when she was 16. Now she is almost 30 and is the personal assistant for them. The couple brought a out a new book and a show is starting to launch when they start a road trip to promote the book. The couple is not always on speaking terms and she and the other personal assistant have to keep them from doing something inappropriate on the road trip. During the book you find out so many thing, like who actually designed the first item that made the coupe famous. 

There is so much going on, its funny, you have romance, hilarious and times and it also has the ohhh my gosh moments, I personally love. 

Lets start a new series from David Baldacci, this one is about a FBI agent who is station in Nevada by the Grand Canyon. First I thought this book is about her and what happen to her when she was a child, but it actually about an attack of American, that America created. If that makes sense. She has to investigate with the help of a Ranger from the Grand Canyon and her office assistant. She is getting almost killed more then ones, she kinda finds love, maybe and she actually against all odds figures out what happens. All while the FBI doesn’t want tat she is investigate. 

This book is another suspense-full thriller.

On her going away party from the newspaper she finds out that her new job is not available anymore. She paper she was going to go to did not get the funding its needed and closed it doors. With no job, no apartment and recently broken up from her boyfriend, she decided to move back to her home town. She tried to avoid at all cost. She is going to move in with her grandma and start to decide what to do with her life. Her Grandma is the owner of the local newspaper that her sister is running. In the end she start working for the newspaper even though she doesn’t want to and as a good journalist finds a big secret in her small home town. She starts to dick and set the truth free. 

This is a nice summer read. Funny moments, romance and oohhhh nooo moments.
