What is all the hype about the Tula products. I had to find out for myself. I ordered me some of the items a lot of people recommended. So lets see if it's really that good.

For one thing I have to say first, I do not wear make up. Lets say it this way, I only wear mascara and eye liner. Those are the only two things I wore all my life, if I decide to wear some make up. So I do not have anything to compare it with. I should also say that I mostly wash my face just with water and then put some cream on it. Maybe once every six month I will use a face cleanser, if I remember to use it.

So with that said, these are the items I have. Some I ordered, like the eye balm and the primer. the other two came in my fab fit fun box.

I was really excited when I got the eye balm and primer in the mail. I used them right away. The face masked and hand cream, I had for a while in my closet already, so it was time to pull them out.

Here comes my take away of the products.

Lets start and talk about the face cleanser first. The face cleanser is a gel-based cleanser. On the label it stated it will removes dirt, impurities and make up gently and effectively. You should use it mornings and nights.

I have to say I did not use this face cleanser but my husband did and it does what it says. His skin looks really good after he use it. (He is not wearing make up though) He is not using it twice a day, maybe once a month.  I'm going to try it out in the next couple of days and post an update on it here. I'm always reluctant to use products on my skin, especially in my face. But I'm committing to try it out.

The eye balm is supposed to give you a cooling and brightening effect under you eyes. I definitely can say it has a cooling effect under your eyes. It feels really good when you roll in on your skin and then dap it in. Do I like this product? No I don't. The problem for me is that my skin under my eyes is not tight, its kind of soft. So when I put the eye balm on it, it does show all my wrinkles and those are not going away for quit some time. I do like how it feels on my skin. It does has a really nice cooling effect and refreshes you. I did not see that it makes my skin under my eyes look brighter. Maybe a little bit but I could not see a major different.

I think if you have tight skin under your eyes and are not prone to a lot of wrinkles, this might actually be really good. One good thing is you can wear it on top of your make up as well. So if you need a fresh me up in the afternoon, you don't have to worry about your make up.

The primer is really good. I do can see a difference when I put it on. Since I do not really wear make up, this is great for me. It feels like you put lotion on your face and it makes your face look even out. If you know what I mean. It's smoothen everything out. I only use it once in a while when I feel like getting ready and looking extra cute. I do not know how it holds up on your skin if you use it every day. Since I never put anything on my face other then my moisturizing cream, I thought this was a good try and I'm impressed with it.

It is hard to find a good hand cream that it's doing what you want it to do. Since everyone is raving about the Tula products I thought lets try it. Maybe it will do the job. My hands are a lot of times dry. I wash the quit often and I work always with my hands. So I need a hand cream that moisturize my hands and its a quick dry. This hand cream, sorry to say is none of those. It feels super oily on the hand while putting it on. I don't mind this at all, but it takes a while to dry and this bothers me.The palm and back of my hand felt really good after putting the hand cream on but my fingertips felt like super dry. I even put more hand cream just on the top  but the feeling was the same. It felt like I didn't have any hand cream on at all on the my fingers. With that said, I won't use the hand cream. First, it doesn't dry fast enough and second, it dries out my fingertips.

So all in all how do I like the Tula product and is the hype for real??

Yes I can say I know why people talk about it and love it so much. But with every product you will have some misses and some goodies. Everyone reacts differently to products. Just because one person likes it doesn't  means you have to like it too. Maybe your skin is not made out for the product. The only thing I can say, give it a try. Maybe you and your skin will like it or maybe not, but don't think you have to use it because other people are using it.

So in the end, I'm happy I tried something new and I'm happy that some items worked out for me. One tip I can give if you want to try something new, buy the small size first and wait until its on sale or you have a coupon code. If it doesn't work out you won't be too mad that you still have a full bottle of the product and you didn't spent too much money either.
